Construction on the Ocean Homes began in the first quarter of 2010 at Mosquito Creek Marina for a new, state-of-the-art liveaboard dock alongside the award winning Spirit Trail at Mosquito Creek Marina.

Designed and built in the North Shore, Spirit Trail Ocean Homes are created specifically to maximize the enjoyment, and endure the challenges, of our unique West Coast seaside environment. Our Ocean Homes will be moored at newly constructed concrete docks. Each float home meets or exceeds all Canadian and B.C. building standards.recently completed Spirit Trail.  The beginning of 2011 saw the delivery of the first new float-homes.

Decks and balconies are not included in the liveable square footage, but additional, generous outside areas are featured in the plans. Float construction is of durable, positive concrete.
